8. Failed Deliveries
If the delivery attempt fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, absence, etc.), the order may be rescheduled. Additional re-shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
9. Damaged or Incomplete Products
If the product arrives in poor condition or incomplete, the customer must report it within 24 hours of delivery through our contact channels, attaching photographic or video evidence.
10. Delivery Delays
O66Y is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company, force majeure events, or situations beyond our control. However, we will provide support to track the order.
